Too thin - Need Bulking

I am a scrawny little runt... and i don't want to be. But I can never pluck up the courage top join a gym... (all those muscly perfect blokes who lift 50lb 2000 times a day...)

What do people do exercise wise? Got any hints or tips (I jog intermittently and do 50 stomach crunches at least three times a week...)

    Hey if you do a search here and in the sports and fitness forum you'll find many similar threads to this one, this question comes up time and time again...if you did join a gym, even on a pay as you go basis, a trainer will be able to advise you on the best exercises to do at your induction session.
