Invalid page faults and dll problems

Could anyone help me, pretty pls

Since I stupidly used a program called Dll sweeper I have been havin lots of problems with my computer, Invalid page faults galore. I use Windows 98 and IE 6.

A recent problem is that I have clicked on my NTI cd maker plus so I can copy a CD and I am getting this message Error starting program. A required .DLL file, VBOXS430.DLL, was not found. I decided to just download a free program, 'ashampoo audio cd suite'. After downloading I am now coming up with this message
"Cannot find ASPI driver. Please run your setup program again and reboot"

I have tried this but I still keep on getting same prob. Also, when I click on ok, I am getting the program up on screen but with another illegal operation message, which says

AUDIOCDSUITE caused an invalid page fault in
module AUDIOCDSUITE.EXE at 0167:0043b9b0.

I don't realy want to try anything else without some advice from you clever people as I realise that I have demonstrated ' a little knowledge is a bad thing. Someone advised me to go into scanreg and restore a previous registry, which I have now done, but there is no difference. Helllllllpppppp

    is it second edition 98?

You might be able to download the .dll file from microsoft website.
If you can, then put it in c:\windows\system (or system32) look for where all the DLLs are kept, it's been a while since I used 98!!.

I'm afraid I can't help you with ASPI, as I think I've got the same problem...but you can probably download the drivers, just do a google search for "ASPI drivers".

As a last resort, you could format and reinstall...a windows favourite!

Good luck, sorry I can't be more help. :)
