you'll all be pleased to know i only have 2 pressies left to buy and my cards then im done :D

    Have booked a day off work so that i can take my mum to Lakeside which is a big shopping centre. Does that count a being prepared??:D

    Apart from that havent even begun to think about it, and dont want to yet:D

    As someone who has studiously avoided any sort of weekend shopping for years now, I've decided to do everything via the Internet this year.

    Grrrr @ trying to fight through hoardes of shoppers at this time of year.....

    it may only be october but its also only 8 weeks and 3 days till chirstmas
    which may i add makes it nine weeks to our new years eve vicars and tarts party men tarts and women vicars and then 10weeks till my birthday!

    I'll go to Bluewater in a couple of weeks and get most of my shopping done in one big go. I hate the shops once they're full of christmas decorations and junk presents

    Christmas doesnt start till after my birthday ( 4 weeks :D ) and then after that i can start thinking about christmas, especially since then i should hopefully have some money!
    But i play in a brass band and our first christmas engagement in on the 16th November (Coppergate, York. allday *shameless plug*:p ) Im sure they get earlier every year. Better drag the cape and bonnet out of the wardrobe again!

    You think you have problems? I have to get a teenage boy to sit still long enough for me to measure his wrist for an identity bracelet, whilst not arousing any suspicion on his part in doing so. This will be fun.... :eek2:
