Burning Feeling + Headache

I just went on this huge walk. Was several hours and pretty much non-stop. I do this occasionally and today i have a burning feeling inside me and a headache now. What soes this mean? Simply that im unfit?

    Not necessarily unfit, your body is just worn down abit by the sounds of it, maybe abit dehydrated.

    Fairy you could have just over done it. Did you keep having fluids? It sounds to me that you have basically done too much when your body is not used to it.

    Mind im no expert like:)

    Yer i didnt have many fluids, musta been why :)
