Well, I've just booked tickets for the Complete Stone Roses gig in Stirling next week, and Fools Gold (with Mani no less 
) are playing at Dundee student's union freshers next weekend, so I plan on seeing both.
As far as I can tell, TCSR have a better reputation, and I think are the *official* tribute, but Fools Gold have the added pulling power of Mani this time I guess.
Anyhooo, anyone seen either of them, any use? Opinions opinion opinions please!

They were really tight musically and had quite a good physical resemblance too. Closest i'll ever get to a roses gig and i loved it. Those tunes live are fucking ace.
