I wanna be a lab guineapig

I just read the student "Get Rich Quick Article" and I've decided I want to try and get a guineapig position, trouble is... I can't find anywhere offerint em :( Anyone have any ideas where/how to apply cause its driving me nuts searching and getting "5 years experience in pharmaceutical reasearch required" :crazyeyes

    1. Think very long and hard about whether it's a good idea.
    2. If you decide it's a good idea, start by contacting your local teaching hospital.

    Cautionary tale: I was the guinea pig for a supposedly harmless experient when I was a student. It took 2 years for the burn marks to fade.

    You could also try the psychology department of your uni, as this is often covered in ads asking for volunteers, but the one's that pay are usually run by the postgrad students and involve pin-prick blood samples being taken.

    You could also contact a drug company direct, someone like Pfizer for example.

    I know someone who was on the Viagra trials, he had us in fits when it was going on...
