    It doesn't necessarily mean a single thing. Dreams are just dreams. The thing is whether you still feel attracted to your mate now that you are awake?

    Statistically, around 1 in every 4 girls, and 1 in every 8 males are supposed to 'experiment' with someone of their own sex at some time or another. So you are hardly unusual. And that's the ones who actually go through with it, so think how many must dream or think about it, but never go further.

    Just relax and rationalise.

    Dont worry about it!! if you feel attracted to this male then its diffrent other than that its just a dream and I think that if anything just continue on with ur life and forget about it and put it down as a night mare and not a dream lol..

    I read somewhere that every guy has a gay dream at least 3 times in their life so don't worry about it.

    I don't actually remember what happens in my dreams, which is probably a good thing <IMG alt="image" SRC="wink.gif" border="0">

    Although a lot of people will disagree with me, it is widely believed that dreaming (the intial rem state of sleep) is affected by events occurring when you are physically awake.

    What you have to ask yourself now, is "Do I really fancy my mate". Might be interesting to do the same when you feel horny, as well as when you are not.
    And If you do think you fancy your mate when you are awake, it doesn't neccessarily mean you are gay/bisexual/whatever. In fact now might be a good time to begin a rant:

    <rant begin="True">
    What is it with people branding other people a certain way or another? Why do we have to brand ourselves as straight, gay, bisexual, transsexual etc etc etc. What does this branding prove? To be honest with you, in my blunt and blatant opinion, it proves f**k all. I really hate people that brand others on anything, whether it be who they want their sexual activities to be done with, whether it be their age, whether it be anything to be honest.

    People who brand others are blatantly insecure themselves, and they feel the need to put a label on someone else so as to better their own self esteem. Pathetic really, it absolutely is.
    </rant>

    Back on topic, and in fact linking into my mini-rant, I would not brand yourself at all. Instead, go with what makes you feel happy, what makes you feel comfortable. If you don't want to tell anyone else that you fancy your mate, then don't. If you want to tell people you fancy your mate, then do. Life in my opinion is too short for branding and name calling, instead use it to enjoy yourself, and do what you feel happy. After all, it's an atheists view that you only live once :P

    Good luck, and have fun :P

    I think you make some good points Tom (oh and btw, welcome to thesite <IMG alt="image" SRC="smile.gif" border="0"> ) but I have to disagree. Not everyone "brands" people gay because they themselves are insecure, simply because they are gay.

    I know it if a means of separating people into groups but you call a spade a spade. If you're gay you're gay. I have no problem hanging around gay people. They call themselves gay, and admit it openly. They don't see it as a classification. It's what they are, plain and simple.

    If kissmyf*ck etc had a dream where he had gay sex, that doesn't make him gay. If he had gay sex in real life that does not make him gay. Only if he came to terms with himself whether he was bisexual or not (and I'm not saying he is) would he be able to see what he is.

    And if that sounded like bla bla bla, sorry <IMG alt="image" SRC="smile.gif" border="0">

    Perhaps within my rant I went slightly overboard :P

    The Ghost Of Kurt Cobain: I fully understand your points - if someone see's themself as gay, then they obviously are. However what I think I'm trying to say is I dislike people branding others with names and divisions when the people they are branding dont themselves feel comfortable with it.

    Point two is I feel you have a fabulous taste in music :o)

    And finally, point three, there was definately no bla bla bla about it :)

    Binet-Simon: Obviously you are entitled to your own opinion, and that's all fair and done, however may I ask why you see me as a babbling fool? I mean, I fully admit to it most of the time, but I think your post was simply and aim at trying to improve your post count :) Perhaps as such, one of the mods should remove a post from his count?!

    hehe, only kidding :o)
