Brownies - young leader

I have decided that as i would love to be a primary school teacher i would like to work with a browni pack with small children and help train them in first aid etc.

Has anyone worked with a brownie pack and was it any good?

I worked with a brownie pack when i was 16 and i had great fun. I was a real child at heart anyway so i had an amazing time. The only thing i found was that because i lived in a tiny village all the children new me and i had to be even stricter with discipline.
I progressed from there to a guide group and then a youth wing so brownies was a great building block.
    Good luck!!;)
