Don't say I never do nothin for ya!

    Round, round baby round, round
    Spend the night on me
    I don't need no man
    Got my kicks for free
Realise the vibe gonna be down low
I don't need nobody got my honeys
When I go round, baby round round
    Spend the night on me
    I don't need no man
    Got my kicks for free
    (Free free free free)

When your still in my face
    You're messing with my brain
If you're trying to resist me
    Then you better think again
If you move to my music
    The music's got to give
    If I'm too complicated
That's the way I want to live

    If you hate me
    I will show you
    How to brain me
    Into something new
    If you want me
    Run away now
    If you stop me
    Then I'll hit the ground
(Can we go, here we go)

    Round, round baby round, round
    Spend the night on me
    I don't need no man
    Got my kicks for free
Realise the vibe gonna be down low
I don't need nobody got my honeys
    When I go

Explainations - no you don't need one
    Having a good time
    Getting down to the fun
    And it's your time
    Just tonight he'll be mine
    And he's gone
    Yeah

    People moving, bodies grooving
    Never ending
    Place is moving
(Don't you worry 'bout a thing all you need is off your sting)
All my girls are here with me
Worry now they've got their need
(Do you feel me, do you feel me, do you feel me, do you feel me)
    Woo

    Round, round baby round, round
    Spend the night on me
    I don't need no man
    Got my kicks for free
Realise the vibe gonna be down low
I don't need nobody got my honeys
When I go round baby round round
    Spend the night on me
    I don't need no man
    Got my kicks for free
Realise the vibe gonna be down low
I don't need nobody but my honeys
    When I go

    Ooh
Does it hurt, when you see
    How I've done
    Without you
    Thought that I could belong
Never thought that you could be so cruel
All you need is some friends
    Won't be by yourself
Let's go round and round and round and round and r-o-u-nd

    Round, round baby round, round
    Spend the night on me
    I don't need no man
    Got my kicks for free
Realise the vibe gonna be down low
I don't need nobody got my honeys
When I go round baby round round
    Spend the night on me
    I don't need no man
    Got my kicks for free
Realise the vibe gonna be down low
I don't need nobody but my honeys
    When I go

    Round, baby when I go
    When I go
    (When I go)
    When I go
    (When I go)
    When I go
    When I go round baby
    (When I go)
    When I go
    (When I go)
    When I go
    (When I go)
    When I go
    When I go

Last time I looked, record sales for singles were so low that there's not much accomplishment in becoming number 1 in charts.

I only check the album charts now and then when I am looking to listen to somethng new.

I can't stand the Blazin' Squad song. They're basically a rip-off of So Solid Crew and S Club Juniors - and at least S Club Juniors did an OK song (one step closer....you've got to admit it's catchy!).

Haha, so true. I'm no rap fan, but Blazin' Squad are quite possibly the worst rappers I've ever heard. And I'm actually going to vaguely agree with Brian's taste in music here, for once. Sugababes are probably the only decent pop group around at the minute. Have any of you heard Run For Cover or Overload? Great songs.

Remarks like this really piss me off. When does "mosher shit" get to no.1?? And before you ask, no sodding Nickelback don't count, they played at the V festival ffs

Its you lot that waste your money buying singles that make the chart. Just buy the goddamn album if you like them! As far as I'm concerned only collectors are the ones that are justified in buying singles, because they want everything their band/group of people that pay other people to write songs for them has ever done.

Oh, and if "mosher shit" is so crap, why is it that the majority of bands vastly outlive pop (and i use the term loosely here) bands. And when I say outlive, I mean popular and touring, not kicking the bucket.

I can't wait til pop dies out. Then there's only r&b to go, I can live with the club culture stuff, they stick to their own music channels mostly, besides I know there are a few DJs round here and we wouldn't want them out of a job now would we? :)

I do like the Sugababes' early stuff - Overload is a classic, and Run for Cover was great too. Shame they were ignored back then.

shame they ain't ignored now. speaking of moshers though, wot really pisses me off is the twatish townie kids who before slipknot came out, used to take the piss outta me and my mates becoz we wore band hoodies and baggie jeans etc and because we listened to alternative music. but, as soon as slipknot emerged from under whichever shit-encrusted rock it woz they came from, the little townie wankers hit the cheap-ass merch stores and bought every little piece of slipknot crap they could lay their grubby little hands on. then to top it all off the started giving us the horns so that we would think that they were, and i use the term VERY loosely, "moshers". ARRGGHH, FUCKING WANNABES!!!

Listen up, as you have clearly missed the point that I am trying to make.
Almost any song, regardless of genre, is likely to have a structure. The structure runs as such: Verse, chorus, verse, chorus etc. repeat to fade.
As such, this means that there is repetition in almost any song that you can think of. It may not necessarily be the repetition of one word or short phrase ("Crossroads, crossroads, crossroads..."), but the use of repeated choruses means that phrases will be used more than once in a song ("Round, round", for example).

Therefore, it is idiotic to complain about repetition in a song.

Secondly, your original point was to complain about the lyric content of the song. That is also idiotic. The original version of "Crossroads" is widely acknowledged as being of very high quality. If you were to complain about The Blazin Squad, their dreadful rapping, or their lacklustre performance of the song, I would understand. However, you are not, so kindly shut up.

Finally, please try to lay off the excessive use of smilies. I have lost count of the number of times you have replied to a post with :p , ;) , or :D:D:D:D and nothing else. There is no point in being an Uber if you posts are of poor quality.

P.s. I know that not all songs follow the V,C,V,C structure. "Bohemian Rhapsody" being one of them.

And Sprocket? I know how you feel, but don't get angry at them, just laugh it off because they don't know any better.
