Support chat will be with me tonight straight after the Panic Attacks Expert Chat :thumb:
As you may know we are trialing some changes to Wednesday night chat which you can find out more about here.
In the spirit of this, chat will be open 8.00-9.30pm tonight and will kick off with an opening round. If you haven't heard of one of these before its just a chance for everyone to contribute on a light-hearted topic, but if you don't feel comfortable you're welcome to sit back and watch. We will also close just before 9.30 with a closing round which will help us to think positively.
