panic attacks

i keep on getting these. any help?

cant talk about about them becuase im currently having one, ill giv more info here when i can.

    There's a expert chat happening tomorrow which I think you'd really find useful. Techniques of how to deal with them will probably be discussed so its worth keeping an eye out. If you can't make it there will be a transcript of the chat.

    Also, have you been trying breathing techniques. I have flashbacks followed by a panic attack and I find concentrating on my breathing really helps. It was hard to get into at first but its worth giving it a shot.

    Well done for making this thread too as I know it was a big step for you :yes:
