Giving up fast

today me and my bf had a massive falling out today and my friend got involved which made it worse and now I just want to give up so no one will have to deal with me what do I do please help I need to lift my mood :crying:

Would you be able to tell us a bit more about the situation, and what actually happened that way to can offer more focussed support.

    However, I'm glad you haven't given up yet :) - Have you spoken to your boy friend or this friend since the falling out had happened? Do you know what it was in regards to?
