    That has to be by far the best one I've seen! Some of them are really good.

    Really pleased to see MND in the spotlight. I think it is one of the most horrible of ways to die, with no cure and with no real treatment. Definitely something that needs awareness and increased funding.

    Agreed - the MND video that shows what's it like is absolutely terrifying.

    Someone died from doing the ice bucket challenge (dropped bucket and it broke her neck). It's amazing publicity and I'm not against it at all but I do think people need to be more careful.

    Saying that though, you do need to be careful. I know of a pregnant woman who did it and baby went into shock. No need to take that unnecessary risk.

    I for one won't be doing it, even if nominated.

    I can't do it because I'm prone to faint with extreme temperature changes but I'd like to see more neurological illnesses in the spotlight - they are some of the hardest to treat and there's so much to our neurological systems that hasn't yet been figured out.

    I already had the honor too, my best friend nominated me after her challenge and posted it on facebook. But it's for good purpose, so we had a lot fun with the cold water. :D
