    Pot Noodle curry flavour, jazzed up with a splash of Lea&Perrins and a shake of cayenne spice mix. It's nicely 6.1g sugar, perfect for a diabetic like me with a carboh craving @ 3 AM in the morning. :p

    Pan bagnet, a delicious length of French bread packed with light salad, tomatoes, egg, anchovies and olives. Best made the night before. Yum!

    Grilled red snapper and potatoes roasted in the oven with rosemary and bay, and a light green salad plus a small beer.
