I went to Thorpe Park and managed 11 rides, including all the big ones. Queue times were all less than 30 mins, was pretty good :D

I rediscovered a lot of good music. Went to the beach for the first time in aaaages too with a friend of mine - walked there, went swimming, had a vegan beach BBQ, chilled out and watched the awesome views. Was rather nice. :) I take living here for granted, I think. Gonna try and make a plan to get out to the beach regularly now - the swim was lush.

    Bloody love Thorpe park!

What music did you rediscover Mike? I was listening to some Foo Fighters earlier for first time in years, pretty good.

Getting up in the morning means sleeping, I forgot to sleep and went to work absolutely shattered

Best thing about my weekend was having a lazy day today. I needed the rest and its been so nice to just chill and relax and get cuddles from my beautiful nephew this morning. I love being busy and going places but I also love calm chilled out weekends. :)

Mainly this little gem, Helen. :)www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOP2NUbG2iY Been going through a Scroobius Pip phase lately. I think I'm in love with his work - he does a lot of poetry too. And he stutters (ironically, given his work in spoken word)! *fist pumps for speech impediments*

Aww nostalgia hann, love it. I like a bit of Scroobius Mike. Spoken word more widely speaking, I really like Kate Tempest and The Leano.

I'm feeling really tired right now, but it'll get to like midnight and I'll be wide awake more than likely

I must give those a listen. It's all so genius.

On an unrelated note: I'm thinking of buying a practice fire staff to learn.

I can't, I'm waiting for an important message from someone and just waiting to see if another person bothers to make an effort with me
