Help! Need to drop me heart rate - it's 133 resting. Have an appointment I have to go to and be relatively normal. Any suggestions on how to relax and drop the heart rate?

Sorry you're so worried. Your post is pretty brief, I'm not exactly clear on what you're asking. Could you give us a little more information - for example, do you know what's making you heart rate so high? What's the appointment?
