Hey :wave:

Just thought I'd share this in case any of you fancy it? I'm doing it and currently on day 9 and it's a great way to be looking for the positives, no matter how small, in every day. It's also good if you like taking photos!

Essentially it's taking a photo each day of something that makes you happy and sharing it - you can choose if you do it on twitter, facebook, instagram etc. or you might choose to just do it for yourself!

If you put the hashtag #100HappyDays in to twitter you can also see lots of inspiring photos :d

    That link doesn't work for me, is it just my phone?

    Sounds good though. I've heard about this a few times but wasn't exactly sure what it's about. Going to look into it.

    People on my feeds would get so pissed off seeing that everyday. Also I'm not that optimistic. Nice idea though

    ive been doing it since 1st jan! :D love doing it, only some days are hard to find something, so when i havent it tends to be food :p always thankful for food right? also end up missing a day and then doing 2 on one day like today! :)

    You could use Twitter for it, then people are less likely to get pissed off, but it's not something to get pissed off over!

    Oooh, Claire, it would be great to see your one! Would you be able to share a link? I did mine for two days over Facebook, I got questioned a week later on where it had gone :P
