Have u tryed speaking to ur gp about depression they can put u on depressing tablets to help u. They will go thew it with u. I'll be hoist with u they do work hope this helps let us know how ur feeling we here for everyone

yes im on antidepressants but they dont work and i find talking is the best way but lately everything has gone down hill and im loosing all hope to live
