Who's telling you this? The voices? Because that's not true. They will NOT section you if you reach out for help.

That's their last resort, they try to support you, out of hospital as an outpatient.

I'll tell you something?

I spoke out about my voices, I told them what they where saying. Yes, I found it hard, but I wrote it down.

You speaking out shows how strong you are, it proves to yourself that you will get better and you'll do whatever it takes.

What makes you scared about being sectioned?

Katie, this is what I got told Okaii, voices are just voices in ur head they can't hurt u they can't control u, u are in charge of ur own body and mind. have a look at this website www.voicecollective.co.uk email them they will help u and find a group near u for u to attend and help u, I found it incredibly hard to speak out about voices i have they told me if I told anyone I and the person or people I tell will get hurt but no one is hurt we are still here, all we want is to help u, x

I'm going to stop replying here now. As I feel I'm just going around in circles and that you're not really wanted to take a step to try and get better. Many of is experience voices.

I do believe you're mainly doing this for the attention and I am not going to sit here and work myself up just to please you.

We've given you what we think is best for you to do, and we're not glib to keep going round and round in circles because it pleases you.

If you have any type of decency you'd take on board what we've said and take that first step forward!

How are you doing? You mentioned you feeling 'shit' - after last night, would you be able to tell us a bit about what had happened last night to make you feel 'shit?'

What steps have you taken towards recovery, Katie? Remember, recovery is something you can only do at your pace, but Sophie does make a fair point when she talks about going in circles on the thread. Maybe it's about starting a fresh thread? It would really help getting an idea off what techniques you're using to help you recover?

Including distractions you use when you're feeling distressed? - Are you currently getting any support of TheSite.org message boards? Like via your GP, etc? We do care Katie, but we also know you're the one that has to take the steps to recover, and we'll support you through it!
