Dizzy spells and confusion

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
For once I'm posting not about depression. Right for the past month I've been having dizzy spells I get really confused and I am not with it at all. I don't know what to do. Any advice?

Are you on any medication that it could be a side effect to?

Have you kept a diary to see if there's a pattern yet?

Might be worth popping to the GP to ask for a blood test, you could be anemic or something similar.

Yup, seems like we've covered the most obvious things. GP is next.

It's the only way you'll get the bottom of this.

To be fair, they are mock exams, but you don't really want to get dizzy in a real exam, but find yourself a bit muddled, as it could jeopardize your overall potential. As if you're not sure what it could be down to, best thing to do in a zip in visit to your GP! Why don't you like your GP?

They change constantly and I just don't like doctors...

How are you? Still feeling dizzy and not with it?
Have you thought any more about seeing your GP?
