Hello everybody :wave:
As you may have noticed, the forum has changed a little bit:
We now have a brand-spanking new Welcome Centre!!
We want to make the boards easier to get around for newbies. Before, we felt it was a little dense and difficult to know where to start and where to look for help or information.
The idea behind the Welcome Centre is to provide a place to help everyone find their way around and to keep useful threads such as the registration rules, good manners guide and how-to tutorials.
Here's a quick guide to the Welcome Centre:
Start Here: a section for newbies (and everyone else too) explaining what the boards are, who were are, basic rules and expectations, and what to do first.
Introduce Yourself: A place to say 'hi' to everyone. The same as before - it's just been moved over from chat & debate.
Help Desk: a place to keep useful information about the boards, how-to tutorials (we'll be posting more of these) and a place to ask questions about using the boards.
We're still working on improving the Welcome Centre, so if you have any feedback for us, good, "constructive" or otherwise, please post in this thread.

As well as the Welcome Centre, there are a couple of other small changes that you'll notice:
Chat & Debate
Again, any feedback is welcome
Clicked on where general normally is, brought up all the hello threads. Thought odd, must have clicked on the wrong one, went back and did the same again. Only then did it click!
