Hi, i'm new here. So a little bit about me; i'm 18 and i have PTSD and depression due to abuse throughout my life. I struggle with nightmares, flashbacks, hearing voices, and now seeing my past abuser, like a hallucination.
I will try my best to help anyone i can.
