Hey folks

Watershed TV is looking for 16-25 year olds with OCD living in the UK to take part in a unique documentary series for BBC3.
The series has been commissioned as part of a season of films on BBC3 that will aim to raise awareness and understanding of mental health issues for young people. For the young people who take part, the documentary is an opportunity to participate in a unique therapy programme specifically for young people with OCD, a chance to spend time with other young British people affected by OCD, and an opportunity to be part of a television documentary that aims to raise awareness and understanding of OCD for the BBC Three audience.

The films will follow six British young people to Seattle USA, where they will take part in The Blue Compass OCD Camp- a unique therapy programme in America, designed specifically for young people with OCD, and one of the only camps of its kind to combine OCD therapy (in this case exposure and response prevention ? ERP) with adventure-based activities in a group environment. For the young people who take part it?s a chance to work on their OCD in a challenging, fun and supportive environment. The camp is run by a licensed psychologist and a licensed mental health counsellor. The therapy programme has been running in the America for around 5 years with young people affected by OCD.

Whether you have been diagnosed with OCD yourself or have a friend or family member who has been, if you're interested in getting involved then you can email [email protected] for more info :)
