The pancake has a smiling face, can you seee?
I'm going to attempt Molten Lava Cake tomorrow however, after exam :P Wish me luck XD - Was thinking about starting my own cooking show 'Abi Bakes' I like the sound of that :P I could do like a monthly cooking show, or maybe that's something I might do along side Uni stuff?
A great party game for children, and anyone else who wants to feel like a child again :P - We made these at GirlGuides, I was quite fond of the game :P
Feeling pretty hungry now too..

Ah they look scrummy, which recipe did you use?
I first made these in school, so I'm not sure if the recipes online :P But it's pretty simple, as you mix all the ingredients together and that's it, they taste absolutely amazing, and then more amazing if you put them in the microwave for 15 seconds or so.
It's worth taking note, I've doubled the recipe above ^^
2 Cups of Porridge Oats (Add more if needed)
125g Butter (I use margarine, as Butter isn't vegetarian)
125g of Brown Sugar
4 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup (I always add a bit more though depending on how the mix is working out)
1 Pinch of salt (Like a really small pinch)
This should make about 12? :P
And you can also coat it in chocolate if you wanted to.
Mix everything together (Apart from the chocolate) You can mix it by hand to!
Grease baking trays,
Then put the mix into baking trays, and make sure you get all the corners! :P
And you put it in the oven at the usual 180 degree's...For about 20ish minutes, make sure you check every now and then around that time though.
It's also worth bearing in mind, Flapjacks tend to stay soft, once you give them time to cool down, they harden a little bit, that's when you would smother it with chocolate, and then cut them out, before the chocolate hardens.
Then get nomming!!
They were rather tasty, I have a strange habit of needing to microwave, cakes, cookies, etc to make them soft, and warm :P - So I thought I would warm flapjacks to, I can safely say I could never live without a microwave, and I will never be having cold flapjacks again!!
:O ... share? :P looks so good!
A cake me and my friend Kerry made yesterday when I stayed over at hers Although it was on the thin side, it didn't matter because it was absolutely fantastic
Her sister came downstairs and got a piece and then took it upstairs and then her dad came downstairs and asked for a piece as it was supposed to taste really nice.
That cake does look rather nommy!! Was it a Plain Sponge cake?
It was rather nommy Yes we went for plain old Victoria Sponge
Nom Victoria Sponge, however, Victoria sponge requires patients! I hate the the cooling period before rushing to put the jam and cream on :P So the cream doesn't just swoosh off the cake! Perfect for cake stalls to
Hey WOTH,
I thought I had answered, I guess it didn't go through. I hate that cooling period as well, im just like "I want a piece now!!!!" Haha. We was planning on putting some jam on but when it came out we realized we couldn't cut it in half.
Aww smiley biscuits haha
