Were they using a bunt? I thought a bunt was a ring tin but these seemed to be a different shape.

TBH I wouldn't use a bundt. The cake will probably catch in the grooves. You won't be able to line it so you'd have to grease it really well and personally I think all that fat will detract from the lightness of an angel cake.

Mary Berry says don't grease an angel's food.

They used these on GBBO (although theirs had clever feet as well):

Has anyone been watching GBBO. I want to make Angel's Food Cake. Without the salt, of course.

Why without salt? A little really goes a long way to enhance flavors.

Probably, though I don't know for sure the salt is to balance out the lemon juice and/or cream of tartar. Anyway cream of tartar is for noobs who can't whisk properly :)

Oh and if you make one pic, it doesn't keep. Fatless sponge goes stale really quickly.

One of the blokes on the show got the salt and sugar the wrong way around. I didn't mean entirely salt-free.

Was asked to make some buns for the PX2 course, I prefer making cakes myself...as I'm much better at that!
However...3am and sleep deprived...I decided to start baking...Covering my room blue and turning myself into a smurf...

I think next time I'll do them at a reasonable time..they might look better then :p

My baking track record isn't great, but my plan is to hide any mistakes under the snowman decoration! :)

Hey guys, I thought I would share what my brownies look like :) I made these the other day. I use the cheating way - using Asda's ready made pack :)

Me and two friends recently did a bake sale, these are some of the things we baked for our stall, my all time special vanilla cookie monster cupcakes :3 We ended up raising the price to £1, as they were our biggest seller!

Our attempt in making vanilla rainbow cupcakes, the inside looked great, just a slight issue with appearance XD

No Bake Peanut Butter Tray, these are amazing, and really quick and simple to make, so if you want the recipe, give me a call, we forgot to take it out to cut the pieces out, so the pieces ended up all deformed, but if you're a peanut butter person, this recipe is amazing!!

These were thick orange cookies, which were melt in your moment, with a strong zest of orange that came through!!
