We were made to do this at the bookshop I worked in last January but it's a fun way to think of all those things you want to read but don't make room for.
Mine last year were: Nineteen Eighty-Four, the biography of Vincent Van Gogh by Stephen Naifeh, and Maus. I didn't read the van Gogh biography, but I did read Nineteen Eighty-Four and Maus and so spent a lot of time being very angry at the world!
I chose one classic, one non-fiction and one general last year so I will do the same again. This year I'm going for:
Also, every book that book club chooses. Already got Shutter Island ready to go.
What are your reading plans?

I chose one classic, one non-fiction and one general last year so I will do the same again. This year I'm going for:
- The Idiot by Dostoevsky
- The Master and His Emissary by Iain McGilchrist
- Oryx and Crake (or, at least, one title) by Margaret Atwood - because I enjoyed The Handmaid's Tale so much in book club!
Also, every book that book club chooses. Already got Shutter Island ready to go.
