Any quick remedies? I've had beta blockers before but none right now... just got the jiggery shakery shakes going on right now :d quite annoying.

Any quick tips to just 'switch it off' would be great.

    Hey ShyBoy,

I've often found Mindfulness works quiet well when you need to calm down, maybe you could consider trying it? Try giving this a listen, it's called Chillax, from the CWP CAMHS website.

You could also try this Progressive Muscle Relaxation, that might also help you calm down a bit, would you give them ago? When you next have a high adrenalin rush?

You posted this yesterday, how are you doing now ShyBoy? *hug*'s
