Sick pay and Chrismas holiday

I've been off sick for 6 weeks. My sick note is suppose to finish a week tomorrow.

Now, my question is... Do I get payed for the Christmas Holidays?

    Hmm. I would say technically yes because its still your holiday and your entitled to both sick pay and holiday pay. There isnt a rule that says becuse you've had x amount of sick pay you cant have holiday pay. Then again, i guess it depends on your boss/company and what they decide to do

    I won't be very happy if I don't get any holiday pay.

    I might ring them tomorrow. Or I might wait til Friday because a mate told me that they'll pay 3 weeks holiday pay in to out banks.

    No, if you're sick you get sick pay.

    If you have pre-booked holiday whilst you're sick, you get sick pay. But if your sick note has expired, I would suggest you give your line manager or Human Resources a ring and find out.

    I went in to work on wednesday but didn't ask them about it.

    I received my wage slips today and I've been paid for the holidays. So I'm quite happy:hyper:
