I applied for my first UK adult passport as normal, around the beginning of September and everything went as usual. Had my interview last Monday and received a letter last Friday saying some of the information I given at the interview was different to what was written on the application form and requested I sent them my birth certificate again.
I'm a little confused as to what I got wrong, but I sent them my birth certificate on Friday anyway.
I was just wondering if anybody knows what happens next? Will they need to do more checks or should I definitely get my passport once they receive my birth certificate? How much longer can I expect to be waiting?
