Im not sure if im allowed 2 breaks or not i work 8 to 9 hours a day i get 45mins for lunch but should i get another 15mins break or 2 15min break and a half hour break?

Suggests a 20 mins break if working more than 6 hours. Or a 30 minute break if you're a young person and working more than 4.5 hours.
So if you're in the UK, it sounds like you are already getting more than you are legally entitled to. However if you're not getting what is in your contract (worth checking), then you should have words with the boss.
