Feeling really low at the moment :(

Iam feeling really low Because I lost a fiend that I was closed to. I don't want to be like here anymore. Iam just fed up with everything at the moment plus my family don't want to see me any more. having the police and soisal workers on my back. now iam having a bad day to :(

please can I have help don't want to be like this anymore and I want to be happy like I don't sesive it. its all my fault :(

    It's not your fault. There are a lot of things out of our control. In life we have to tolerate those things by looking for the things we can control.

    What makes you think your family don't want to see you?

    We all deserve to be happy and have to fight for it sometimes. It means so much more having it after all the struggle, it makes me smile twice as much when the good days come because I know I made them possible.

    Have you had any support? Any counselling or something?

    yes but it dosnt work counseling tho nothing works just give up trying to talk to people :(:((
