Who else is getting results next Thursday?

I'm worrying for no actual known reason, I'm pretty certain I've done OK-ish in everything I actually need to (ie. not food tech, which is a stupid subject which deserves to die in a hole), so I don't know why I'm worrying...:nervous:

*hug* it's normal to be nervous, but you've gave it your all, and hopefully you have the grades you need/want!

And if you haven't got the grades you wanted you can normally re-sit them in college! :)

    All the best lovely :)

I've still got a year left :( Get a few results (maths, science and sociology I think) in September when I go back.
Hope you've got the results you need! :)

Thanks, I'm not expecting to pass since I had 8 weeks off school... and am still on a two hour a day timetable... but there's retakes in november so it'll be fine!

ah fair enough, resits are the answer to everything! (well not really, but they're pretty useful!)

    Thankyou!

I'm staying at my friends the night before so we can go in together and stop each other stressing too much!

Nowhere near as good as you two. I did shit. It's enough to get me in to college but Oxford is off the table now.

Why are you such a stupid fucking idiot Megan? :banghead::banghead:

Even if it is, there are loads of other universities out there that employers are gonna look at as highly as oxford. And I know someone who spent pretty much her whole secondary school life aiming for oxford, she got the grades, got in and then left, cos she didn't like it. Its better to look around and keep your options open.

Urg. Just excruciating failure. Failure at education, failure at death, failure at life, should I go on?

It sounds like you think that anything less at perfection is a failure. It's not.
You've not failed at education, you simply haven't reached perfection.
You've not failed at life because you're still alive. Don't expect a perfect life, just go on with what you have.
Failure at death is always something to BRAG about.
