Self Employed/Billing/Tax/Accounts the whole she-bang....

Basically I am leaving my current job, Moving back to England and living down south and have a new full time job lined up.

However my current employers have asked if I would continue to provide IT Support & network administration for them on a self employed basis

However, I have no idea where to even contemplate looking into go self employed, how does it work with a full time job?

It will only be a few hours a week 5hours Min (On a retainer) ten max. I've also been told I can put my outgoing costs against the incoming, as it is remote work, my cost of the PC/Laptop, Telephone Line/Mobile Contract/Broadband etc.

Some advice would be well worthwhile. Thanks :)

I believe the Inland Revenue have some good guidance on going self employed - so might be a good starting point. I'll have a proper look later.
