The days drag
When I'm out your arms
And the wind sends chills
Down my lonely spine
Alerting me
To your sudden absence.
My hands,
They yearn to feel your touch
My eyes,
Lost in a world without yours
In which to gaze.
My neck longs to have your breath
Gently caress it once again.
Without you,
I am nothing.
Except a living corpse,
A hollow human being.
For, my heart and soul,
Have been entrusted in your keep.
Look after them,
Because they contain my dreams.
You are the keeper of my dreams.
