DBT - Is it helpful?

I'm currently working with my CAMHS worker and doing CBT, which has not really helped much. My counseller was talking to me about getting me to do DBT and group work, to see if that is more useful, does anybody here find DBT more useful than CBT or other way round? Because to be able to go to the group I would have to miss school evenings on a Wednesday. I also understand it's different for different people, but I would really appreciate your views.
Thank you.

I'd go for it if you can!
You could ask your doctor? I'm getting mine through a specialist personality disorder unit.
Thank you guys.
