I just sold my car and un the confusion of haggling etc I gave them the log book, took the cash and didn't take his details...
I feel a fool as I knew I had to but forgot, now I'm really worried what to do and if he gets a speeding fine etc I will be in trouble.
What can I do, do you think this is a big problem?
