Im suffereing from it at the moment.
Yesterday i was walking UP some steps (yes up!) and tripped i smashed the side of my head on the step as well as every other part of my body
My dad picked me up and rushed me down to the doctor who said i had concussion. I am in sooo much pain everywhere down my right hand side.
What can i do to help the pain of my head other than paracetemol?
