citizen card not come!

hi my name is larissa and i sent off for a citizen card on thursady urgently buh havent received it yet... but i have had one before but have lost it... i need the citizen card realy urgently and want to know y it hasnt turned up yet can any body help as they dnt have a contact telephone number....?

    If you only sent off for it on thursday, chances are they only got the application on the friday, they will be closed saturday and sunday, so the earliest you should expect to see it is in the post tomorrow, at the earliest.
