Christmas Pie !!!!

After several years of my Christmas Dinner being Christmas Dinner without turkey (being a veggie) I've decided i want something this year.
I saw a programme a while ago, i 'think' it was The Nation's Favourite Christmas Food or possibly veggie food, and there was this couple who make a pie for Christmas dinner with mushrooms, chestnuts, stuffing, leeks, etc all wrapped in filo pastry and baked in a cake tin.
I've had a look round teh webs and can't find anything like it, anyone know where i can get the recipe ?

I'm a vegan, and I've tried a lot of recipes from the vegan society and all have been very good. Haven't tried this one, but it sounds a little bit like what you described, and very nice (you could always change the filling
