Hi,

For a 100k mortgage, what size of deposit would i need roughtly as a minimum???

Me and partner earn 40 k between us???

The absolute minimum these days seems to be about 10%, so £10,000, but you'd get a much better rate with 20% or more.

I think Kaff is right. 10% seems to be the norm. Hopefully things will get better in the future!

But for now, maybe try researching mortgage providers, as rates may differ slightly between them.
