I am doing revision for my marketing class but struggling with two questions. Could anyone help me? One of my questions refers to explaining four benefits of marketing, either to do with management, staff or customers in a hotel. The other question I am struggling with is identifying factors that indicate a marketing orientation has been successfully adopted for a hotel. Any help is much appreciated.

    Do you have any reading material you could go back to? I always find that helps :) any recommended textbooks, or any class notes you have to review over?
