I don't know what I'm getting, but I'm kind of hoping it will be yummy.

It will definitely be followed by an ice cream, in a cone, and a slice of tiffin if there's any lef from lunch.

I took a large casserole pan,

I gave it 4 sprays of Fry Light - Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray,

I put it on a low flame with the lid on.

I sliced 3 cloves of garlic (10 g) and chucked them in.
I roughly chopped medium two onions (222.9 g) into 20-30 pieces each and tossed them in, then gave it a stir.
I turned it up to a medium heat,
I peeled and sliced 2 medium carrots (146.5 g) (about 1/2 cm thick), then tossed them in and gave it a bit of a stir
I washed a good couple of handfuls of mushrooms (209 g) and left the 20p sized ones alone, cut the 10p sized ones in half, and the 50p sized iones into quarters. some I cut into thirds. I tossed those in as well, and gave it another stir. by this point the onions were starting to go translucent.
I let it cook for about 5 mins, then
I cut a tray of about 15 babycorn (119.4 g) into thirds and dropped them in
I faffed about with two cartons of chopped tomatoes in tomato juice (775.1 g, I get 'em from Sainsbo's) and added them about 5 mins later - I used a little water to rince the cartons into the pan.
I added two good handfuls of soya chunks (87.9 g, fudco)
after another 5 minutes I remembered I had two green peppers (200.6 g) so I chopped them and chucked them in.
I then aded a tin of coconut milk (403.6 g, Island Sun)
and about a rounded dessert spoon of garam masala (6.09 g)

I then got changed, and gave the exercise bike wear'n'tear for half an hour, while reading a bit more "When God was a Rabbit"

I think I'll get about 5 servings out of that lot, at 200 kCals each - with 15 g protein 6 g fat and 21 g carbohydrates. I don't know how much salt there was in the tomatoes, garam masala or soya chunks,.
