Has anyone done it?
I used to be really into martial arts, stunt kite flying, bodyboarding, and such before I started uni, and before I gave myself injuries to my right psoas bursa (jujitsu, it nearly burst), my right adductors (same accident), and my rotor cuff muscles of my left shoulder (after using crutches for 12 weeks and then going back to jujitsu, this hasn't totally repaired itself), I also have not the strongest ankles...
Anyway, I really want to get back to some of that, and I live in a ridiculously steep place, and someone suggested mountain boarding, but am I likely to just total myself with a board, or is there a safe way to start? It sounds really fun, but the cotswolds and crutches don't mix!
