It seems they don't accept GP or self referral.

...huh. Not much of a CRISIS team, then :yeees:.

Me thinks they might need to reconsider their title.

    Good luck with GP.

GP was very nice. Sorted out the first aid I needed and increased my mood stabiliser. Turns out I've been on 1/4 of the minimum dose for the last year and no one realised. Hopefully that will help, she's also going to try to find out why I saw a CPN when it's clear from my notes that my old GP (left the practice yesterday) requested a psychiatrist last Thu.

I don't feel better as such, but that's positive stuff so it's a relief.

Glad that there was at least some small positive outcome.

Yeah. I do feel a little more positive. I hope the increase in medication might do some good.

Aw sorry to hear this hun. If it makes you feel any better I had problems accessing the crisis team too in my most recent crisis a few weeks ago. And I know this is the experience of many of my friends in the system as well.

I think the not-so-bad appointment with my GP has made things a little easier.

The major issue, as always, is that I'm not here long-term and I probably won't be at home long-term. I talked to my parents about claiming benefits so I can live in London and they're not keen so it's easier to appease them and stay there until I have a job.

It just means that no NHS trust wants anything to do with me.
