What happens if you pee at work in front of customers?

Was it fair what they did to her?

A friend's coworker works at Wal-Mart and that coworker did that as a publicity stunt. She took some diuretics. A supervisor (CSM) and her got into conflict and she had to be on the cash register. Unfortunately, that CSM was the only one on duty for the moment. She didn't wanna say anything to him to use the restroom, so she pulled down her pants and peed right there. They suspended her 2 weeks and she came back to drastically reduced hours. Can she et on good terms with management again? She used to kick @ss b4 that incident.

She should have said something to the manager to allow her to use the toilet. I would be very suprised if she managed to ever be on as good terms with the management again.

How come you keep on asking about these kind of odd situations?

Wow, they took her back? That's wall-mart for you. If I have to pee really bad, I go (to the toilet). Either with the approval of my manager or without. What the hell was she thinking?

The management has to let you go the toilet even if its out of your break time anyway, so asking wouldn't be damaging to her job (unless she was going about 50 times an hour and never declared anything like a weak bladder to the management/was faking it to get out of working). I'm surprised they bloody kept her job. Is this in America or are you using Wal-mart as in ASDA sense?

So she takes some diuretics as a prank and then pees at her cashier desk?! How has she still got the job?! That's gross and she should have told her manager she needed the toilet... or just not have done the prank in the first place???

 pretty much sums up the situation so let's leave it here.

stoned_angel432, you do seem to have posted about these kinds of situations quite a lot and it's worth remembering the reaction you get each time - if you have a serious question about work then as you know from the work forum, there are lots of people who are willing to offer good and supportive advice. :)
