If you’re aged 18-22, International Citizen Service (ICS) is offering you a
once-in-a-lifetime chance to spend three months in Africa, Asia or Latin America changing the lives of some of the world’s
poorest people.
ICS is a new scheme funded by the Government and administered by some of the UK’s most experienced overseas volunteering organisations. It gives people like you the chance to work on real development projects alongside young people from developing countries. You’ll be given training before, during and after your placement and you’ll gain loads
of new skills that will set you up for the future, like team-work and communication.
The scheme is open to everyone and you can take part for free if you’re on a low income.
