Loners

loners are lonely and since they like to be alone they remain lonely. does it make sense?

    Yea, but not all loners like being lonely. Some just dont connect easily with people.

    Also, generally if you like being alone then you wont be lonely since being lonely is a negative thing, not something you like

    I'm a bit of a loner but at the same time I have a strong need for social relations at a regular basis. It takes a lot of mental energy for me to be around a lot of people (and certain personalities) but I don't feel good being on my own for long either.

    So yeah, I think what you are saying makes sense although I think not all loners are necessarily lonely. I however think that humans are social beings but differently much.

    People can feel lonely despite being constantly surrounded by others.
