Pressure in the body...

This is a tad embarrassing, but I need to know if there could be something seriously wrong;
When going to the toilet, it feels like there is a lot of pressure near my kidneys. Not only do I feel this when visiting the loo, but most of the time. It can spread half way up my back, and sometimes a bit down my leg.
Does anyone know what this could be? And if so, may I have to visit the doctor?
In advance, I thank those who give me useful information, and who help me.

It's OK..you don't need to be embarrassed
I'd recommend contacting your doctor as soon as you have a chance.
NHS Direct are available 24 7

You can also go to TheSite.org's Local advice finder to find a doctor nearby which is available on TheSite.org's homepage on the right hand side of the screen.
Hope you feel better soon
