What are some good things to do to keep up general health and wellbeing?

just some things that can be done that are simple, at the moment i am doing the following, please add some things to my list :)

Exercising
Multi vitamin
Stretching
Meditating
Drinking plenty water
Brain games


any other obvious things that should be on that list?

Colonic Irrigation

Glamorous Smile

    Good levels of sleep

    Good routine

    Good diet

    Good exercise


    Not in order as they are all pretty important.

    They are the four fundamental things to health (physical and mental/emotional) I think, without any of the above a lot of things like multivitamins are going to have negligible effects.

    Agree. A good diet is far better than taking vitamins. Unless there is a medical condition, supplements won't be of much use.
