side effects of the coil?

just recently got the mirena coil fitted about a week ago. everything felt good the first few days, but the past 2 days been feeling very flu-like with head aches, i've constantly got a hot water bottle on my back. my bodies aching and if i breathe in deeply the bottom of my neck/throat feels as though its burning, sound like i am moaning n moaning here, but do you think this is anything to worry about with the mirena or just the basic flu? any help please, cause a really dont feel good, n would be better to get an appointment booked if it is anything. sooner the better
